Defective products will be accepted for refund, exchange or repair (subject to manufacturer and/or Repros' restrictions) within 10 days from receipt. Procedures are as follows:
- Returns must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all original packing, manuals, registration card(s), software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- No returns accepted without a Return Authorization. Please call our office for the appropriate authorization. Return authorizations are valid for ten days after issued.
- Your RA number must appear clearly on the shipping return label. Do not mark the number on the cartons. Products must be shipped prepaid.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Once the return is received and inspected, a credit to your account may take up to 30 days.
- We cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Repros will charge a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments.
