Return Policy

Defective products will be accepted for refund, exchange or repair (subject to manufacturer and/or Repros' restrictions) within 10 days from receipt. Procedures are as follows:

  1. Returns must be 100% complete, in original and re-salable condition, with all original packing, manuals, registration card(s), software, cabling and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
  2. No returns accepted without a Return Authorization. Please call our office for the appropriate authorization. Return authorizations are valid for ten days after issued.
  3. Your RA number must appear clearly on the shipping return label. Do not mark the number on the cartons. Products must be shipped prepaid.
  4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  5. Once the return is received and inspected, a credit to your account may take up to 30 days.
  6. We cannot accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused. Repros will charge a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping charges for refused shipments.
